Notes:
1. The setup file mwsetup.exe includes the Freeware Daily Interest Calculator, the Equivalent Interest Rate Calculator and Mortgage Wizard Plus 6.9 evaluation version. During or after the evaluation period, you may decide to convert the Mortgage Wizard Plus program to the registered edition by purchasing a registration code. If you decide not to convert your 21 day evaluation version to the registered edition, you will still be a able to use the basic Mortgage Calculator as well as the Daily Interest Calculator and the Equivalent Interest Rate Calculator, but you will not be able to make an amortization schedule c/w editing features after the 21 day trial period. In other words, you loose the capability to crush your mortgage sooner and save significantly on the cumulative interest.
2. Includes Daily Interest Calculator and Equivalent Interest Rate Calculator FREEWARE . These programs were created with 
, a great programming language. Because no dll files are required, you can if desired run these programs from a floppy disk or USB memory stick.
