Notes:
1. During or after the evaluation period, you may decide to convert the program to the registered edition by purchasing a registration code. If you decide not to convert your 21 day evaluation version to the registered edition, you will still be a able to use the basic Mortgage Calculator as well as the bonus programs i.e. the Daily Interest Calculator and the Equivalent Interest Rate Calculator, but you will not be able to make an amortization schedule c/w editing features after the 21 day trial period. In other words, you loose the capability to crush your mortgage sooner and save significantly on the cumulative interest.

16 bit version for Windows 3.1 or higher
Do you still have one of them boat anchors? Here is an up to date 16 bit version capable of running under Windows 3.1. The program will also run under all later versions of Windows. Almost all of the features present in 32 bit version 6.6a can be found in the 16 bit version 6.5. Try it. You just found a quality, year 2003 application, that runs very well on both new and antique computers.
