It is recommended to use a screen resolution of 1024 pixels x 768 pixels or
higher to view the screenshots. If your screen resolution is 800 pixels x 600 pixels
move your window to the left with the sidebar partly outside the viewing area.
(Some screenshots may differ somewhat from the downloaded program depending on
the version of MW-Plus.)

The next window shows the distribution of payments in tabular and pie chart form for a $100,000.00, 10 %, 10 year Canadian mortgage with monthly payments using 360 day method. The last payment should be $0.66 less to correct for rounding payments to the nearest cent.

The amortization schedule is a Windows type spreadsheet with scrolling, formatting and screensplitting capabilities. Please note the entry of, late payment, NSF charges and interest rate change.
